Some information we'd like to share......
We found out this week that we will be leaving the island by Feburary of next year (2009). Although we're sad at the news b/c we are settled in here and hey its a pretty nice place to be, we know that this is an opportunity to go someplace we've not yet been and maybe be closer to home. Right now its up in the air as to where we'll be and we don't know when we'll have orders. Scott has requested savannah, kentucky, or kansas -- most of those places will be returning from deployment. But, as we know, nothing is for sure and things change pretty quick. So, cross your fingers for us!!

Leaving HI may be a bummer, but at least you will be closer to home. I'm voting for Savannah... I've never been but have always wanted to go! Then I would have an excuse! And a good one at that!

Did you mother's have heart attacks when the read this post? I was planning your baby shower within seconds of reading the title. I guess those good ideas will have to wait!
